I replaced my old iPhone’s battery at this store 2 months ago when I was visiting the US. Unfortunately, the battery performance was very bad since then and cannot survive several hours without being recharged even if the iPhone was idle and not in active use. I picked this store because of the good reviews but it didn’t really meet my minimum expectations. Moreover, I checked afterwards with another cell phone repair shop and they charged 30% less to replace the same iPhone’s battery. My case could be an isolated one in comparison to other customers who received good service but I just wanted to express what I exactly encountered. Had my laptop there for 4 months he couldnt fix it. Went there about 10 times he finally got tired of me going asking about it.. so he gave back some of money, he lost my power cord and gave me some cheap filthy cord he found wasnt even the one i gave him with my laptop. The place looks filthy and theres a mess everywhere very un organized and dirty. Overall horrible experience.
