I do not recommend this place at all. I went in to buy a new septum jewelry piece& have it put in and the girl who does piercings here, who also claims to be the “owner” of the joint, was very unprofessional and extremely rude. She was very rough when putting the piercing in, then when I asked her if she could separate my septum piece a little so I could flip it up easily she told me “nope I already threw away the clamps.” So the next day I called in to speak to the manager and she said she’s the manager, then I asked for her boss and she told me “I own the joint” in her own words. Then I told what the problem was and she said “Well first of all I was doing you a favor by putting the jewelry in” and I said how are you doing me a favor if it’s your job and I’m paying for it, and she hung up the phone on me. Again, I would never recommend this...

Got recommended to Charlie's for a sweatshirt by another shop owner. Samantha who was working the front cash register and I believe Danny who was working the back gave us the most hospitality I've had in a shop in a long time. The customer service was Amazing! During our interactions with Sam Danielle walked in the shop and asked if our needs were met and talked us through some products that were are coming soon. We were even Blessed to have a conversation with The Man Charlie himself. We went there for a sweatshirt on a referral from another shop owner. We ended up leaving with that sweatshirt, a jacket, 2 shirts, and 2 hats. Would definitely recommend this shop. SUPPORT...

I'd like to personally thank everyone at Charlie's for being open during these troubling times and having everything a shop needs to stay supplied with professional equipment! All the products that I've purchased at Charlie's have been up to par with the tattoo industries standards. They are affordable and they have everything a tattoo artist needs to keep busy during this pandemic. All cartridges sold here are sterile and checked with eo gas. They also sell all the necessary germicides, gloves, salves, stencil papers, machines by bishop, and anything else you can ever want and need for tattooing. I highly recommend Charlie's for your shops...
