Go Jumper - Bounce House Rental — Attraction in Santa Ana

Rented a bounce house / slide combo. The kids started using the slide later that evening since it was too hot in the daytime. When they started sliding, they realized there was a split down the middle which was duck taped. When they slid down, many fell through the hole and basically hit the ground. Luckily, no one was injured. Due to this hole, the jumper was not able to be fully inflated. The good news is after speaking to someone, they were able to refund us 50%. I don't even know what to say, where to start...

I booked a Jumper on 2/16 for a party I was having today (2/18). Booking was a breeze, since I booked online after hours, I recieved my confirmation the following morning. The guy came today at 11 set it up quickly, within minutes my kids were bouncing. The party didnt start until 5, but it was perfect. All the kids that attended really enjoyed it, so much that i called to extend the pick up time.

Price was amazing!!! Very affordable and no here and there hidden fees .

Will definitely book again .

Go Jumper was great! We loved the 10inch slide for my daughters birthday. All the kids had a blast! I messed up and the billing address got entered into the delivery address. I didn't check it before hand but day of the party I called them and they did an awesome job adjusting to the correct address that was 10 min from the wrong address. We will definitely use them again...
