Response to owner: Yes, the bottom of every email I’ve gotten from you says production time of 4-5 days (see attached photo). Reading reviews from others, I see this isn’t a new problem for you. As a professional artist, I can tell you we rely on having work printed in a timely manner as it looks unprofessional for everyone involved when the work is delivered late with no additional communication. I don’t want a store refund as I will not be ordering from you again. So, unfortunately I will not be paying additional shipping just to have a credit at a website I don’t plan on using. In terms of quality, the print is entirely too textured for a “metal print”, which is what’s making it appear blurry. A metal print should be smooth and semi-gloss. Otherwise, it’s no different than one on paper, except it’s hardiness and quality. Again, based on previous reviews, this isn’t new and I truly advise you to listen to your customers.
Original post: The “estimated production time” for HD on metal says 4- 5 business days. I placed my order on the 2nd and received notification for shipping on the 14th, after giving them a call to see what the hold up was. The customer service rep was very courteous, however she stated “well it’s business days and today is technically the 7th day”… now I’m not a mathematician, but that’s outside the promised 5 day window.
The print is just OK. I’ve used other companies to print that same image on hot and cold press papers, canvas, even wood and those came out in significantly higher resolution that the one I received from these guys.

I read some reviews and decided to give it a try with a picture of my brother holding a gigantic catfish he recently caught off the coast of NC. I had never heard of Artbeat before as Shutterfly had been the extent of outsourcing any pictures for printing. Let me tell you, this is a totally different league!!! The pic I wanted to print on metal wasn't of great resolution (which I tried to improve on my own with basic tools available on my PC). When I contacted Artbeat, they said to send it to them and they would work on it for free (it just needed improved clarity to fit the 16X20 size that I wanted). The process was so simple and upon receiving notice the pic was ready, I placed the order and made my selections (there are different options to choose from in terms of the medium you want - metal, canvas, glass, etc. - and a few other options). I wasn't in a rush as the the quality was the most important thing to me but it was done fairly quickly and shipped directly by Artbeat to my brother as a gift. He called me immediately upon opening it and could not stop raving about it. I honestly think it is the best gift I have ever given him as I could tell that he absolutely loved it and the pic will be a treasure to keep the rest of his life. He can't wait to hang it in his hunting cabin and show it off. I can't thank the team at Artbeat enough for producing such a high quality product. Apparently writing a bad review is the only way to get a response from this company or report them to PayPal. I honestly do not know how they are so highly rated. I ordered on October 1, 2022. It's now October 25 and I still have not received my incredibly overpriced item. I have reached out 3 times about this order. The first time I was told it would be sent out for shipping that day or next and I received a shipping confirmation the next day. Great! WRONG. It has been a week since I received my "shipping confirmation" and the item is still in preshipment. I reached out 3 more times(text & email) with zero response. That's when I requested my money back from PayPal. What do you know, I got a response. After they blamed the post office for not updating shipping information they offered to have my item sent FedEx. It is now October 26 and I have received my item. I waited so long for this print and I have to say for the wait and inconvenience definitely not worth the $178 for a 12 x 8. I do appreciate the quick delivery but I wish that was handled the week prior and without the run around. Item was packaged very well which I also appreciate. In summary, I understand if this place is busy. Then they need to be more transparent. Just say it takes a month to fulfill and item. Just say say sorry it's taking so long, here's what we can do.
