One of the top playgrounds I've ever been to! It's obvious that this play structure was built and designed for kids in every way, with narrow spaces and low ceilings at the perfect height for children running around; and decorative art done by children on many parts of the structure, both out in the open to touch and look at as well as hidden away deep in the play structure for children to discover. There are tons of interactive elements as well, from a marble maze on one wall to musical chimes you can hit with mallets, and all sorts of creative structures great for kids to climb on and show off their balance. All in all this is one of the most ingenious designs for a playground I've ever seen, and it's definitely a perfect fit for any child looking for an exciting new place to play. Read moreThe wooden structures are stunning, it’s in a gorgeous larger park & there’s a fence enclosing it which is great except this seems to be a park for teenagers running around and banging into your children, knocking them over, screaming & swearing or having a gnarly fistfight. Our child absolutely loves the wooden castle – it's a unique design we haven't seen in Los Angeles! My son also really enjoyed the 360-degree spinning swing. There are tables within the park where you can eat, and the playground area is enclosed with wooden fences, which gives us peace of mind. We can relax while our child plays without worrying about them running off.
In summary, for families traveling with children who aren't local to Santa Barbara, this is an excellent spot for a mid-trip break. Highly...
