My first experience was amazing. I'm 54, and was surprised by the single best shopping experience I've ever had with an online purchase. I'm still amazed. After placing my order in the evening, I received an email shortly afterwards, the standard showing my order had been received, and what I had purchased. A short time later I received a shipping notice with tracking number ... around midnight ??? It showed shipped. Next I received an email with a thank you, and a link to their product review of the item I had just purchased! It was titled something like "Everything you need to know about your new Dac90" !!! This is a waaaaay cool business practice. In the morning I checked tracking again, and it was in transit. I live only 4 hrs from Oakland, yet received it the next day. Then I received a follow up email, inquiring about my satisfaction, and telling me they "had my back" if anything happened. Just WOW. I do agree Apos needs a small notice window by each product, showing it's physical location. Allowing shoppers to back out, if they don't want to wait for it. But I'm very satisfied to have found...

The replies sent by the customer service representative looks like it is from a template. The representative only said that they will get back but gave zero response to the request. Truly having a hard time reaching them. I tried calling the phone number on their site but always goes to an automated message. They don't even seem to care about the customer.
They are selling high end audio product but does not even seem to care about sending updates and processing the orders. Order processing time is also really slow. Read moreWorst customer service ever experienced. Not helpful at all. Purchased a Fiio K9 Pro ESS from Apos 2 years ago. After the warranty expired the dac/amp started having issues and now won't output audio on any of the input channels. I reached out for help on getting repaired and was basically told there's nothing they can do and just find a local electrical repair service. The local electrical repair shops won't touch Fioo. The only option is to send the unit back to Fioo in China and basically pay half the price of the thing to just ship it there before any repairs are made. You would think they would partner with an electrical repair shop for circumstances like this.
