his place!!!! Came for dinner on a Tuesday and they were quite busy. Came on the recommendation of my bosses, who have been here for lunch at least 3 times in the last 2 weeks. So I HAD to make a visit and so glad I did!
It's in the same shopping center as Costco but in the little strip of restaurants next to McDonalds and faces Coleman Ave. Parking is plentiful!
You walk up and there is seating in front of the restaurant. You walk in to an open concept quaint restaurant with a handful of tables. There's a large fridge with a few choice canned and bottled drinks to choose from.
The counter greets you as did a friendly young lady. Who was patient as I asked my questions. Music plays quietly overhead.
We ordered the following: Chicken breast rice plate with a side of beef kebab. Chicken breast was nicely seasoned and served sliced. Chicken was cooked perfectly and was moist. Beef kebab was a nice size, juicy and flavorful. When your name is called they ask you what you want from an assortment of veggies, sauces and hummus. Veggies were fresh. 10/10 Beef kebab pita with the works. Just do it! Get both the green and red sauce, this combo will light up your taste buds. Pita comes with a side of perfectly crisp fries. 10/10
As we sat at our table the owner came by and urged us to dry the two bottles of sauce. One was tahini and the other..well, I'll call it liquid gold. Drizzle both over ever bite and you won't regret it! Owner is this outgoing, eccentric gentleman who saw us leaving and left his friend at the table he was sitting at, to ask how it was. It was delicious. He asked how we heard about it and I told him my bosses recommended the place. He humbly smiled, clasped his hands over his heart and thanked us. Not without reminding me to tell my friends. So here I am...Yelp Friends...get over there...as...

Read moreLet’s look at pros/cons as that pretty much summarizes my experience here. I’ll start with cons first as they outweigh the pros for me.
Cons: Location: The entrance to get to this place is through Costco traffic and took a while to get in. If you’re driving here, this is a concern No prices on menu. Menu was straight forward but how can one even decide what to go with, especially at a fast food kind of place when they don’t publish the prices? This immediately set the tone for me. I asked for the chicken shawarma plate. $25 for a chicken shawarma plate?! Go figure. I’m a sucker for good shawarma but when you have dish n dash, sajj and falafel stop in the South Bay area which offer similar quality, no thanks! No water cups. Gotta purchase water bottles separately
Pros: The staff seemed nice and looks like a family run business It’s a chipotle-like place and service was decent as they asked what options I wanted and gave me those options Portions were good. If I had to compare, slightly larger portions than Sajj or dish n dash or falafel stop. The shawarma was decent. Nicely seasoned. I’d say it’s comparable to the others.
All in all, $25 for a shawarma plate (without...
