Fox Hole Golf Club — Attraction in Santa Clara

I have so many great things to say about this place. Allow me to compare it to a hole in the wall restaurant. It isn’t necessarily in a big fancy complex, but you walk inside and you are wowed! I say this because it is basically inside an industrial type complex. At first I was hesitant but please look past that and walk inside! I guarantee you won’t regret it. So let me list the pro’s.

1. Owner Max is incredible! He is so accessible for help and support and never makes me feel incompetent for not knowing things. He gives me tips and support when I ask for it.
2. atmosphere: the sofas allow me to rest periodically to take a break between shots and when my boyfriend and I go together we take turns and it’s so comfortable to sit there. The bathroom is always clean and the place always smells great
3. There are multiple training aids to play with that help improve your stroke and Max is always happy to show me how to use them. 4) The feedback it gives me by showing me videos and letting me compare shots has improved my game tremendously! I only started golfing six months ago and I made more improvement using his system than I did with any lessons. The best part is you can save the data and review it at home!
4. he has bottled water and fans and heaters to make the atmosphere comfortable for your needs and not a one sized fits all approach.
5. the pricing is super competitive…in fact cheaper than anywhere else I found!
6. the reservation system is super easy to use and I never have trouble getting the reservation I want.
7. Max is super receptive to feedback. If I ever have issues with the system or anything at all, his customer service skills are top notch. He makes you feel like a friend instead of a customer

Now the CONS: ummmmm, I don’t really have any except that I am hooked and literally throwing my money at him!

I can’t say enough good things about FoxHole Golf Club. From the moment you walk in, it feels comfortable, welcoming, and set up perfectly for golfers of all levels. The atmosphere is laid back, but the technology is seriously top of the line. Their Uneekor simulators are the most advanced I’ve ever seen! Every detail of your swing, ball flight, and contact is captured with incredible accuracy.

Since I started coming here, my golf game has completely transformed. In just one year, I’ve dropped my handicap by over 10 strokes. Using the analytics and video swing analysis the simulators provide has been key. Being able to see my swing path, angles, and ball contact in such detail has helped me fix habits I didn’t even realize I had. The feedback is instant, which makes practice way more productive than hitting balls at a traditional range. On top of that, as a member it costs just as much if not LESS than a normal range!

On top of that, it’s just fun. I’ve spent plenty of time here with friends playing full rounds on real courses like Pebble Beach to fantasy courses on mars 😄. It’s the perfect mix of practice and play, and every time I walk out, I feel like my game has taken another step forward.

This place is a lot of fun and run by good people. You can choose between range play which gives you a ton of data and automatic replays of your swing in slow motion. Course play is a lot of fun and it’s an accessible and quick way to play a round of golf on a world class course with your SO or friends.

From a game-improvement perspective it’s cool to see swing thoughts and feels translate to outcomes the data. I was able to identify a swing thought with my driver that I had only sometimes used on the course that consistently translated to a 20 yd gain on the simulator (which is something that was really hard to gauge on the...
