Hair Spa Salon — Attraction in Santa Clara

I’ve been a pretty long time customer coming here for the past 2-3 years but every time it’s a gamble since my hair always turns out too short and service has always been decent however today was somthing else. Bad service, bad attitude, hair all over the place that’s not even mine. wasn’t listening to my requests and was distracted the whole time and that was made clear with the cut the I received. Cut so much more than originally asked. Also the handling of tools were bad, touched the back of my neck multiple times with the shaver without a cover causing pains with cuts and irritation later on. Was not focused on cut and this was made clear when they were on call 50% of the time they were cutting my hair, cuts were lazy and rushed I spent maybe 3-4 minutes in that chair MAX, as I type this the back of my neck is burning, NEVER coming...

It was such a smooth process of getting in to get a cut and it was awesome! The stylists were extremely nice and helped me define the cut I was looking for. They encouraged me to show multiple photos and asked at each step if I was comfortable with the style suggestions for my hair. I was a walk-in and I was immediately accepted but from some of the negative reviews on here I guess people don’t realize it’s not a guarantee as a walk-in so an appointment is best and being clear with your expectations is important for any stylist. Being a regular customer here for around 2 years, always tipped 33% and was happy with the service. Today I faced bad attitude from one of them, I guess always got hair cut from the other one who is nice so I never had any complaint.
