Cute Flowers & Gifts — Local services in Santa Clara

I ordered my flowers to be sent on a Friday and I accidentally madd it for the Fridat after. I called so fast that at first the lady who answered (Michelle) didnt even see the order yet. I totally made a mistake and called quickly to see if there was any possible way to change the delivery date, and it was SAME DAY DELIVERY. Michelle totally helped me and assured me that she would handle it and she made the change for me. Within a couple of hours the recipient recieved her flowers and everything was beautiful. She was so excited and the flowers looked lovely! This was such a smooth experience with Cute Flowera & Gifts that I will definitely be using them again! I have used ProFlowers and many many other floral delivery companies and always gave me trouble or flowers came half dead and biting tooth and nail to make it fair from the competitor companies, not Cute Flowers & Gifts!!! Professional, kind, products are amazing and best of all the product does look exactly like its pictured!!! Thanks again Michelle! In a crazy world we live in today, I am thankful she was patient and was able to correct my delivery date mistake to make my recipients day! I will forever be in debt to cute flowers. It was 2008 & only a month before my Halloween wedding. My florist had in nice words dumped me for a bigger wedding. After much shopping around I came upon cute flowers. I didn't know it at the time but I was saved! Claudia saved me! I called and had a quick pre meeting conversation , just to give her an idea of what i was looking for. when I went in for my appointment I was blown away by all the materials and proposed bouquets & centerpieces she had prepared. we spent a couple hours together planning and coming up with exactly what i was looking for. I also must add that i had a very small wedding, but i was treated and given the attention & options of a million dollar wedding! I was in trouble & cute flowers saved me! everything was better than i ever could...

Extremely overpriced. Never paid so much to get so little amount of sad looking flowers. I always go to local florists to support their business, but this place won't be getting my support.

Update: This review was strictly for the pricing which totally caught me off guard and made me question the integrity of their business. I've been to plenty of other florists with exceptional service and great pricing where I got to see their fridge in the back and pick from great selection of flowers as well so I don't see that as anything special. Also, I never said my girlfriend was picky. I had to keep reminding him she's allergic to flowers so I asked him for hypoallergenic flowers which he was not knowledgeable about so I showed him...
