Neo's Nails & Spa — Attraction in Santa Clara

Took my mom here after seeing and reading the amazing reviews. The service that she was given was so poor my mom asked for colors 103 and 66. The colors in the booked match the shirt that she wanted but as you can see the colors on my mom hand do not even look close.They are so brighter then what the book looked like and when my mom ask why did they not look like the same. The lady said that she didn’t have the right colors that matched the book. My mom said why didn’t you tell me that before because I could of picked out another color.My moms nails are all different sizes. My mom kept on asking to make them even but she didn’t do that. The lady at the end said that we needed to give her a tip. I said no due to how unprofessional she was and lied to my mom and I about having those nails colors. Beware...

Tried this place for the first time as it was close by, but this place wasn’t very clean. The seats were uncomfortable. The lady took a long time to do my nails but they are average at best. The nail paint is not even it has bumps all over and some bubbles on the edges. Nothing was offered to make me feel comfortable. It was a tiring experience overall and after all this I will have to get my nails redone from somewhere else.

My mom and I came here after work today, I was afraid we were cutting it too close to closing, but the ladies here welcomed us in. My mom has been to this nail salon before, but it was my first time here and I wanted to get a new gel x set. She suggested we do a fill, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’ve never gotten a gel x fill before. But they turned out great and I’m in love with the cat eye!
