I don’t usually write reviews for restaurants, but I feel that I need to write a review about my experience to warn other people interested in this restaurant.
When I first attempted to get take out from this restaurant, I repeatedly tried calling the restaurant to place an order before embarking on a 25 minute drive to the restaurant. I couldn’t reach the restaurant on either of their numbers, but decided to drive there anyway because it was on the way to another destination. I arrived a few minutes before there posted closing time, and their tables were packed. I informed them that there phones were not working, as I tried to call in an order before driving over, and an employee said that there phones were working but they were answering calls non-stop and weren’t able to take them all. I asked if I could place a to-go order in person but they said that there kitchen was closed.
Since I have celiac, I took the opportunity to ask them while I was there in person whether there peanut sauce, Pad Thai, and curries were gluten-free. After checking with the chef, the employee answered affirmatively that they were gluten-free.
Today, I called before 6:30pm to place a to-go order. This time, someone did pick up. As I always do, I asked if the dishes I planned on ordering were gluten-free. This time I was immediately told “no”. I asked if they were sure, as I was previously told they they were gluten-free, and they tersely said no, they had soy sauce, and couldn’t be made without it. Then they hung up.
I don’t know if I was initially told incorrectly that the dishes I planned on ordering were gluten-free, or if the employee who picked up my phone call was too busy to actually check, but either way, I would very much disrecommend this restaurant to anyone ordering take out or with allergies or dietary restrictions. They are apparently too busy to provide you with...

We swung by on a Saturday night around 7:45 PM. Despite a 20-minute wait, the staff were absolute pros—quick, friendly, and got tables ready with ninja-like speed in their cozy little spot. Totally worth every minute!
Now, let’s talk about the deliciousness we devoured, specially tailored for our South Indian palates with “no spice” versions: • Iced Thai Tea – A refreshing start and a cool, sweet hug in a glass. (4.5/5) • Ginger Hot Tea – Warm, comforting, and served already brewed in a teapot. No fuss, just pure ginger goodness. (4.5/5) • Chicken Satay – Juicy grilled skewers with a rich peanut sauce. A classic done right. (4/5) • Tom Yum Soup (Chicken, No Spice) – Even without the spice, it was bursting with flavor! A warm, tangy bowl that was just right for two light eaters. (4.5/5) • Chicken Basil Fried Rice (No Spice) – Fragrant, flavorful, and super satisfying. Every bite had the perfect hint of basil. (4.5/5) • Pad Thai Noodles (Chicken, No Spice) – Comforting, balanced, and delicious—everything you want in a Pad Thai. (4.5/5) • Panaang Curry (No Spice) – Initially served with mild spice (which felt like a fire alarm to us!), but the staff quickly remade it to our taste. Creamy, flavorful, and just right. (4.5/5) • Mango Sticky Rice – The grand finale! Sweet, ripe mango paired with coconut-infused sticky rice—pure bliss. Don’t skip this! (5/5)
Edit :- Sept 20, 2025 • Pad See Ew - This is also very good.
🚨 Spice warning for fellow low-tolerance folks: “Mild” might still set your mouth on fire. Stick with “No Spice” if you’re like us!

THE Reasturant has good food BUT NO CLEAR indication of 15% service fees is going to be charged on top of food price + tax.. so In had to do research if service fee was legal to be charged and this is what I fiound In San Jose, as well as the rest of California, the legality of restaurant service charges has recently changed due to the enactment of Senate Bill 478, which bans additional fees that are not included in the advertised price of goods or services. This law aims to eliminate so-called "junk fees," which includes mandatory service fees added on top of the bill. Therefore, it is now illegal for restaurants in California to add a 15% service fee on top of the tax if it is not clearly disclosed and included in the advertised price of the meal.
However, if the service fee is included in the advertised price and disclosed upfront, it may still be permissible. It's essential for restaurants to ensure full transparency with their pricing to comply with the new regulations (OB Rag) (Shouse Law Group).
If you have specific concerns or need more detailed advice, consulting a legal expert familiar with California's current laws would...
