Santa Clara Skatepark — Attraction in Santa Clara

You have to sign up for a yearly membership, sign in when you get there, have to wear full padding, and the park is built laughably poorly. Zero true transitions, just banks with coping at the top, or weirdly shaped and angled walls that are impossible to actually use. The "bowls" all have gutter divits that go lengthwise along the middle, and that combined with the bank situation makes it extremely difficult to make and keep speed. Sad that Santa Clara County probably wasted millions on such a sad park. And worst of all, these poor kids learning on it are being set...

This is the third weekend we have tried to go to this park and they have been closed each time. Owner needs to update times, until then we're not coming back.
