City of Santa Clarita Activities Center — Attraction in Santa Clarita

2022 is the first time we first visited the Santa Clarita Activities Centre above the Aquatic Center off Centre Point Parkway with our Annnd...Action! Photo Booth. We had been to the Aquatic Center for other events. The complex is very easy to find and there is plenty of parking. We noticed the Sherriff's Dept. rolling around the parking lot throughout the evening, so we feel very safe having our attendants and our equipment there. The Centre itself is run by an amazing part-time staff. They are super helpful and always willing to answer questions or help out as needed. The Sycamore Room is carpeted with drapes and a kitchenette area. Along the interior hallways are other meeting rooms (we have NOT used those for a corporate photo booth). The other large room, Cedar Hall, has laminated wood flooring. it's large and very open with windows surrounding one side and a very high ceiling. The wall along the one side of the room provides a separation for your buffet, or separating activities. There is an alcove in the far corner that serves the same purpose- separate activities, or set-up tables for your buffet. We found lots of great places to set-up the photo booth. One occasion in Sycamore, we set up the booth in the hall with the room doors open - if you were dancing you could see the action at the party photo booth and watch from inside. For a Quinceanera photo booth in the Cedar Hall, we set up near the entrance so guests could see the action and we could invite them to take a photo either as they entered the party, or before they left. The one side of the wall had buffet, the alcove was the bar and the DJ was on the other side of the wall. High enough ceilings to fit a huge lighting tress and big speakers. The center is owned by the city. It's relatively inexpensive to rent and very clean. We highly recommend for your party or workshop event happening in Santa...
