Wicked Chicken — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Very expensive, service was no good, and food isn't great. Waiting in line, it seemed there was very little area to stand and we were tripping over the table and chairs behind us. Then ordering I was blown away by the bill of over $50 for a family of four and that's with one soda and three waters. We spend less money at Rattlers BBQ getting the big Round up deal. For myself, I ordered 10 wings and the cost was $15!! At Buffalo Wild Wings, 10 wings is only $10!! Plus at BWW, you get carrots and celery while your waiting and at Rattlers you get rolls. At Wicked Chicken you sit there starving.

Regarding the taste, some of the wings were good, but others were over cooked and the chicken was dry. My kids ordered burgers which I guess we're good, but I didn't care for their fries. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and I guess it got messed up and took an extra 15 minutes for her to get her food. When I went to check on her sandwich, the owner could have handed it to me, but instead walked by me and brought it to the table. My wife and I both felt that was weird. He did offer her a beer or drink which she declined and I feel he should have offered a free meal. Lastly, the owner was trying to be cool with the high school sports team that was in there and I heard him say a few bad words. Can this place...

I heard about this restaurant for quite the time and wanted to try it out for myself. However I was quite disappointed with it. I walked in and looked at the menu, mainly chicken dishes and the occasional salad and burger. Most of the dishes were very over priced. The sandwich I got was a "garlic melt" and it was 13 dollars. Fries, sandwich, but no drink. In addition to that they told me that their "signature sauce" didn't come with the sandwich. They didn't even offer it on the side for the sandwich. After i received my order I saw another man walk in and order the same thing. The cashier asked if he wanted to substitute the fries with onion rings. He accepted, however she never told him there was an extra charge. His total came out to 14 dollars and even he was confused about why the drink didn't even come with the meal. After taking my first bite into the sandwich I could already taste that it was extremely dry and not salted. The chicken was clearly not cooked properly and the bread was a generic bun. In addition, the fries were distasteful and not seasoned well...

Well dauuummm!!! As a chef and owner of a catering company that specializes in wings, I can tell you that this place has it going on!! Jumbo wings like ours and pretty good sauces!!! Their zucchini sticks are flavored perfectly and their nachos are loaded. But, what sets them apart from everyone else???? Their customer service!! Mo is absolutely a doll and has excellent customer relations and Alberto is sharp!! Oh man, I forgot to get the managers name!! SORRY!!! She was awesome!! They laughed and joked with us and we’re on it for all of our over the top requests!! Oh and the beers!!! YESSSSSSS!!!! It’s hard for us to enjoy eating out with friends because of our own creations but you all did ALRIGHT!! We will be back in with our friends on our next visit, and look forward to your SD spot….. I hope you will be ready for us… ha ha.. but seriously, thank you for just being a great place to stop by and enjoy a great meal!
