NOTE: well I came back after 11 months and ordered teriyaki chicken and Panda Express didn’t include teriyaki sauce. How sad to get teriyaki chicken without the sauce. It’s then just chicken and Panda Express misrepresented their menu. I’m never, never coming back to Panda Express.
I never really liked Panda Express because it has a airline food in coach taste when the airlines still served food in coach. I go here because my son likes it.
Make sure to check your order your order before you leave. I mean actually open the box and check. I was just here and Alejandro the manager took our order. I ordered half chow main and half fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Alejandro was literally 3 feet from the server that was responsible of taking care of the teriyaki chicken. The container had two entrees written on it. We got charged for two entree item. If I were to walk out of Panda Express with an chicken egg roll and not pay for it that would be considered stealing and I would be in big trouble. What’s the difference if Panda Express charged me for food I never received. Is that stealing? With 2200 locations if each one did that just once a day that would be $3,300.00 each day. My son got mad at me because I didn’t eat with him because I had to go back and get my teriyaki chicken. I couldn’t eat because I had already taken up my time getting lunch and now no time to eat it. So something that seems like a small mistake to Katrina (another server) instead really messed up my lunch. Katrina was lambasting me but I was so hangry and being so vocal. Instead of trying to calm the situation she was poking the bear. Mistakes happen Katrina it’s how you handle it that makes the difference. Blaming me because I paid for food and didn’t get it, having to waste gas and time to come back and not being able to have lunch with my son is not good customer service.
I’m going to a real Chinese restaurant the next time I have a craving for Chinese (which I love and eat at least once a week) not a fake one. I was going to have dinner at the original restaurant Panda Express but I...
Read moreWent there on black Friday. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Two female workers were serving. My son, daughter, and I were in the mood for Panda. My son went to get our food while my daughter was comforting me. I had the worst headache ever. While he went to go order my daughter forgot to tell him her order so she went inside and was going to tell him. When entering they asking if she had a mask. She didn’t because we came from the house and yesterday we went to the car wash. Meaning we threw away everything in the car. She asked for one and the worker said “ We should have any.” NOT even a sorry. You guys SHOULD have some. Very unprofessional and unreasonable. It’s also my fault that I should bring one but we were in a rash to get food because of how I felt. When she left looking for a mask, my son said they were talking about her the moment she left. In their own words “Oh My God, look at her she’s getting a mask from the car. “ AS SHE SHOULD. They also seemed like if they were in spirit to work. They were being so dead to my son, like so quiet and trying to get it over with. They didn’t even serve him enough food. 25 BUCKS FOR THIS. They gave him a lot of chicken but not enough chow-mean. Usually they give us a lot. And if they use “ sorry we were running out” as an excuse… Im losing it. That would be a reason to serve us that amount. never eating...
Read moreThe "server" (N.H.) needs serious training in customer service. My father's plate was filled by a different employee and was very well done. My plate was filled by N.H. who displayed such poor behavior that I wanted to walk out. First, selection of entrees was extremely limited, so I ordered orange chicken and kung pao. - even though this was not what I wanted. When this "server" scooped the kung pao, it basically filled the spoon exclusively with the chili peppers. (There were about 8 - 10 of them.) When I asked for it to give me some of the actual chicken and vegetables, it simply scooped out the chili peppers - leaving 3 behind - and absolutely REFUSED to add anything to my plate in place of the peppers. There was a visible void in my kung pao, and I was forced to pay for less than half of an entree. This "server" refused to speak one word to me, and did not even hand me my drink cups. It just left everything on the counter and walked away. I have been to this location many times without a problem. Maybe this experience was solely due to one very...
