The girl in the counter that helped us was very good and helpfull, but the product that we got was defective from the getgo, was never even used and when we went to store to get product exchanged like any store that sold a defective item, was told by other clerk that she could not do anything, that all sales are final, and even when I saw the written paper that said that, I thought that could get product replaced, but nope. Called and talked to manager and he said that he could get me info for the manufacturer, that I can find myself on the web., and that I had to deal with them directly to get a exchange, that they can be only a third party but not anything more. I paid $25.00, for a product that is broken off the box and they will not reimburse me, saying that for the nature of the products sold nothing can be done, which I understand, but the thing was broken out of the box is not that was used and I'm asking a reimbursement because I'm not happy with result, it is because is broken.... Will never go there again and if anyone does, be carefull...
