China Wok — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

I ate at China Wok for the very first time maybe a month ago on January 3rd. The meal I had, #56 the spicy chicken with peppers was the best I ever had. Instantly it was crowned as my new favorite Chinese restaurant. Although today 02/06/18 I came back for more and was pretty disappointed. I ordered the same meal, but this time for takeout. I wasn't in the mood to dine in since it was still comfortable weather-wise outside. So I got my food and it looked atrocious from the moment I saw it. The sauce looked liked it had been changed, there was hardly any good size chicken portions in my meal. It was skimpy, bottom of the fryer, sitting in the pan all day type chicken. The sauce made it worse. It was a waste of money. The chopped onions and peppers were the only thing that made today's meal average at best. Advice: don't change what's not broken sauce-wise, serve fresh chicken, don't go light on portions even if it's takeout. If a dish is called chicken or etc: then it should come with a pretty adequate amount of chicken. The amount of chicken I received were the equivalent to three chicken McNuggets from McDonald's sliced into my meal. My first experience I received at least half a chicken breast of chicken. Don't like this place anymore. I'd go back, I may reconsider, but I cannot. I'm about to leave town. It's sour to me they couldn't deliver a home run combination within just one...

I love this Chinese restaurant. I’m a big fan of Chinese food and China Wok is close to where I live so when I get a craving for Chinese food this is my go to place. The food is excellent and the service is great. I really love their version of Egg Foo Young. I love this dish. When I ordered it the first time I was told that they make their version differently. Oh my God, I really like their version. In fact I hate to admit it but I’m addicted to it. I’ve had both the beef and pork version and I like them both. I’m not sure if they have a shrimp version or combo version but I’m going to ask. Their green beans are really good too. In fact I’ve had many dishes of theirs and it’s all great. I just had lunch and I’m already looking forward to my next meal...

If you want to eat the worst Chinese food your tastebuds have ever experienced...then this is the place for you. I was shocked at how horrible this food was. They make the most bland greasy Chinese I have ever had. I ordered chicken with broccoli and it was like I was eating boiled chicken in a salt water sauce, not joking. Wish i had taken a picture of the noodles. They were all clumped together into one big ball. I had to throw it out they were so disgusting. Save yourself the headache and grab...
