O'Neill Yacht Charters — Attraction in Santa Cruz

What great customer service! We missed our cruise. We were scheduled to go on Thursday night during the big beach party held at Santa Cruz Beach. My husband dropped me off where we were supposed to board, and then he went to find a parking space. After driving around for over 30 minutes, he still could not find a space. The sweet girl that was handing out boarding passes waited for us as long as she possibly could, and offered to give us cruising credit for another date. However, we were leaving town early the next morning. Shortly after leaving, she called to tell us that she had spoken with the Captain, and we would be receiving a full refund. My husband and I took the 1.5 hour sail. First time for us and we had a blast. The boat is big and rides smooth. There were a lot of people but plenty of room for everyone. We saw a whale and some sea otters. The staff were all super friendly, very professional, and extremely courteous. We go to Santa Cruz every summer and this will now be a tradition for us. The price is very reasonable. One thing to note...a lot of the reviews mention meters at the dock. There were very few meters and they were all taken. We paid $12.50 to park in the Harbor Lot. Team O'Neill is such an experienced and professional crew. The boat is absolutely stunning with clean bathrooms and a bar available for the sunset Cruise. The boat felt really stable and nice and safe. There's this amazing net on the front of the catamaran where you can sit and see the ocean going beneath you as you watch the sun set.

They had beer, sodas, coffee, wine, champagne at the bar for purchase.

{I do get motion sick and this boat is pretty darn stable. Still, if you're considering it and you get motion sick, I highly recommend Sea Bands which are little bracelets that press on a nerve and really help with...
