Sea Spirit Memorial — Local services in Santa Cruz

I worked with Raina on the Sea Spirit team, and she went above and beyond for our ash scattering memorial. We had a number of special requests and her compassion was so appreciated. It was incredibly helpful that Sea Spirit only does memorials. They were so much more considerate and responsive than other companies we initially spoke with. I can't recommend Sea Spirit more.

I'd also add that while weather is never guaranteed, other companies I spoke with have greater limitations in terms of what time of year they can go out and will call off the services in even small amounts of inclimate weather. Something to keep in mind if you have people flying in from out of town and you need to know that the company you're working with do everything possible to make it happen as long as it's safe.

It is always difficult to have to lay someone to rest. We knew that we were going to spread the ashes of my father-n-law, but going through the process of finding the right company and the right people to help take you through can be such a very emotional time. My experience with Sea Spirit Memorial has been amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience. It completed my brother’s passing and the love we felt celebrating his life and saying goodbye for now. The entire experience was a blessing and I was supported by the crew every step of the way. While we were out, we witnessed whales, a dolphin and sea otter. We all felt my brother’s presence. I high recommend using Sea Spirit Memorial for an experience you and your guests won’t forget.
