Sushi Market Sprouts — Restaurant in Live Oak

Great area for parking, but if you miss it there are metered parking spots on the block to follow. It is clean and small. There are sanitizers noted before you touch anything. I like how there's a lot of color, trinkets and other local Sale items. The items are labeled well and tidily organized. The flow of the store goes one way so you're in and out fast. Bookstore? Gift store? It may look like those things from the outside, but follow the whiteboard outside inside and you'll see a nice cute store that sells some of the freshest to-go sushi in Santa Cruz! Their tempura rolls are really flavorful with their tempura all the way to the sauce they use! All run by 2 of the nicest ladies that also runs/refers to a Japanese language Zoom class run by the San Jose City college. Unfortunately, im a de anza student but it would've been nice to take those classes as part of a G.E class!...

My son wrote the above, now it's my turn. This shop is owned by the folks who run Kaito ramen in Capitola, and mainly sells to-go sushi rolls, Japanese snacks, and other knick-knacks.
