I was 13 when I bought my first board on our summer trip to Montana. It was a plastic board with open bearing wheels. I rode that board everywhere. Eventually I would buy a Maharajah deck with Gull Wing HPV IV split axle trucks and Road Rider wheels.
I was always thought life would take me to California and I’d skate and surf forever. Well life had other plans. I am 61 now and found myself in Santa Cruz and just had to pay this place a visit.
The old school gear is there. Lots of G&S boards, Independent Trucks and even a few Stroker Trucks.
