Absolutely love this place! I used to live two blocks away for six years most recently and about five or six blocks away years ago so I’ve probably lived by the beach for at least half of the 30 years. I’ve lived in this area. This beach has got it going on! There seems to be ample parking around the neighborhoods, but during the summertime traffic can get a little hectic in this area. Right now they are also doing construction on the Harbour Bridge, which connects the side of the neighborhood where this beach is located to the other side where twin Lakes beach is located. It’s an extreme hassle to get around the area with this bridge closed right now. It adds at least 10 extra minutes at night without traffic to get to the other side. But as for Seabright Beach, there are lots of fire pits for the bonfire enthusiasts. And Not enough trash cans for the tourists who think there is a maid at the beach to clean up after them. So far, you can still park in this neighborhood without needing a permit during the busy seasons and hopefully that doesn’t change anytime soon. Especially since half of the houses or vacation homes anyways. The speech provides a perfect view of the boardwalk and you can even see West Cliff from here as well.I have also seen the most epic sunset here in my life.

Seabright Beach is our go-to spot every summer! With four kids, we need a beach that’s fun, clean, and family-friendly—and this one checks all the boxes. Parking can be a little tight, but we usually get lucky and find a spot nearby. We’re out here at least six times each summer. The kids have a blast playing in the sand and swimming, and we always feel at ease knowing the lifeguards are actively watching the water. Restrooms are available, and there are vendors walking by selling ice cream—and if you’re lucky, mango or elote in a cup! Another bonus: you can enjoy bonfires at night, which is the perfect way to wind down after a day at the beach. Always a good time here.

Catching a sunrise is one of my cherished pastimes. There's something truly captivating about witnessing the sun rise and set, displaying its stunning hues. Living in proximity to the water and beach, it's effortless to find moments of serenity and lose oneself in the breathtaking scenery. I adore this particular spot, with its pathway tracing along the rocks, offering a perfect vantage point to soak in the magnificent views. Additionally, I relish the opportunity to stroll along the boardwalk when it's devoid of others. This morning has been truly remarkable, showcasing the beauty that surrounds us.
