UPDATE: I would have updated this review sooner but couldn’t figure out how. A few hours after getting my screen fixed here (see below) I noticed that there was a dead pixel that glowed green on the bottom left of it. Additionally, the color fidelity and resolution were TERRIBLE on the screen they gave me: when you looked closely you could see the pixels of each letter of every word, especially if scrolling while reading. When night mode turned on, everything went pink instead of the yellow it’s supposed to. Just all around was not a good quality screen at all. Unfortunately when I realized this they were already closed, and then I headed home which is on the other side of the city. Their return policy only covers a couple of days and I could not make it back to SM in time, so I just left it, as I was only trying to stretch my phone usage out till the new iPhones released. Additionally, I eventually dropped it (I have a magnetic pop socket which it came loose from) and the screen immediately cracked despite it not being a very far drop (I’m short so about a foot from my extended hand to the ground) so not only did it have a dead pixel immediately, it only lasted about 2 months before cracking. I’ve had other screens replaced elsewhere that lasted almost a year (even after dropping them) so, while I appreciate how fast they fixed it initially, and service was good, the overall screen quality was terrible so I would recommend buying and bringing your own, higher quality screen or going elsewhere.

Super fast service, very friendly, super reasonably priced!! Was only $165 for an iPhone 12 Pro Max screen replacement that only took them half an hour to complete! Apple was going to charge like $360 for the same thing and didn’t even want to do it because it involved water damage. Relieved that I didn’t lose everything on the phone (apple said their screen repair is more likely to wipe the phone) and I don’t have to buy an entirely new phone! Thanks...
