We had an amazing experience staying here! the condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable for everyone. The view from the unit was absolutely stunning, and the beach was exactly what we were hoping for: quiet, uncrowded, and relaxing.We loved how peaceful the area was, but still had great amenities nearby. Windjammers (just a short walk away) had fantastic food, and the nearby pier was perfect for a walk or fishing. We also loved walking the paved road along the bay across the street during sunrise-it was such a beautiful way to start the day.The elevator was quick and never crowded, and the pool was clean and calm every time we used it. Owner is the very rude! Properties are not well maintained, the showers had hair on the walls like they i’ve never been cleaned! The showerhead was so clogged and trickle water out. I was gonna replace it with our showerhead. The owner told me not to touch it.

Then the company did a bait and switch on me originally I had 4C rented on the west side put me in 14 a which is not as well maintain the mini fridge did not work. The bagel maker did not work the remotes to the TV are broken. The showers don’t work was not clean before.

The service was outstanding and we loved our condo! We booked via VRBO a few weeks before and somehow our rental dates got lost between VRBO and NVR LLC. That's when Thane at NVR stepped up to the plate and luckily was able to find us another unit in the same complex on short notice. While we were there he stayed in contact and made sure everything was going fine with our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one.
