
I saw items on their Instagram and headed to the store to purchase. The items were locked inside their accesories case and you have to ask for assistance to get it. All associates were busy helping other customers. I wanted to be considerate, so I went in line while they could complete the purchases that were before me.
As soon as the person in front of me was done being helped, they helped someone else not in line. He asked rudely for help and they skipped me. That person ended up taking the items I wanted purchase. They then proceeded to asked me what I needed help with. I told them I was in line first to buy the items the person was looking at. Their response was silent. The customer knew I was interested, but he took the items. I didn't make a scene, but I was upset he was helped first after I waited.
I've worked in retail before. You should always help the customer ready to purchase first. I 've always been nice to their associates, despite some of them have not always being friendly. When I first shopped at this store, I didn't think the google review was reflected of them. And now I see it.
Message to the owner: Train your associates better. Otherwise, your business will suffer. There have been other negative experiences, but I kept giving this store a chance. I will not be returning due to...

Unfortunately... Their staff is super rude and stuck up sadly. I got spoken to like I was a lower class citizen in person and over the phone.
I was late by 5 minuets to picking up my trade in cash amount, they told me I would have to come back tomorrow, and that it would be store credit only.
In a very snoby contemptuous tone, the young girl told me "You had adequate amount of time to pick this up. No you cannot get cash. It is store credit."
...long story short, I will be there first thing in the morning to pick my clothes back up from them because I would rather not give them my buisness and would rather actually donate the clothes somewhere more deserving.
This was by far some of the most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced and I've worked in customer service for over 16 years now. I was blown away by rudness, not satisfaction. The owner needs to reevaluate their employee choices and policies twords people durring a pandemic and fires who have a lot on their mind, who forgot last minuet to pick up their things because they are working and trying to keep a roof over their head like...

Even while pregnant when I didn't even smoke. And had just washed all the clothes because I'm pregnant and you dont sell dirty clothes. But when I asked them why they wouldn't take it one day the girl told me my true religion Jean's I wore while pregnant and now wasn't. Smaller like smoke. So I sprayed my clothes just to bbn prove a point with my friend it didn't than. So the girl took item than the store manager tells me I'm banded from coming back to their store. Just for asking questions. And supposedly my 100 pi d self intimidated the staff. They told me I could speak to ower. And told me the owner was the one who agree to band me. They also didn't tell me at store. They called my phone and told me. After taking my clothes and giving me money than they banning me. That's totally wrong.
