T.J. Maxx — Local services in Santa Rosa

For some reason just about every time I go to the T.J.Maxx in Santa Rosa the cashiers seem to think I remove and add cheaper price stickers on items. I always like looking for a bargain so tend to lean at shopping in the clearance area. Many times they question the prices on items I’m purchasing and have to double check the clearance section. I’ve never been one to give bad ratings but this has happened over and over again only at the T.J.Maxx at Santa Rosa. I ESPECIALLY have a hard time returning items when I don’t have the receipt even though I purchase my items on my T.J.Maxx card. I try my best to give them as much proof as possible by showing my ID, and giving...

Watch your stuff around this store! I left my jacket behind for a few minutes, when I came back and asked the staff about it, she had a weird smile and immediately went to talk to her manager, she obviously knew what I was taking about, next I was told by the manager that she was told the jacket was left in the fitting room for days and was thrown to the trash. The lies to my face were unbelievable. I told her that’s not possible and to go get it from the trash. My husband then saw an employee run somewhere in the parking lot and they got the jacket back to me. I’m honestly stunned by this! I will be filling a complaint...

Nedo is one of the best staff at the Store at Cleveland Avenue!! His product knowledge is astounding. He is very professional, friendly and his suggestions and recommendations each time I shop there, (which is interesting) shows that he knows the inventory and is has the customers interests and TJ Maxx's company objectives in mindset! He is an asset to TJ Maxx. We shop at this location because we are confident that if he is on duty, we will leave satisfied with additional products that we had not even imagined we might find there that we consider a steal...
