I’m leaving this review because this has happened Three (3) times now in the last few months.
I do not understand why the woman who is usually at this location borderline refuses to take orders over the phone. The first time this happened months ago, she picked up the phone and set it on the counter. When she was talking to guests IN the store, I thought she was talking to me. When it came to the end of the phone call I realized she was talking to guests in the store, and confused on why she picked up the phone only to ignore me. When I got to the store, they told me they didn’t take my order, so I left. The second time, more recently, she took my order but did not take a name or tell me a total. When I got there, they took a few minutes to finish up my order, but I was handed 2 bagels that were different from what I ordered. I asked for a refund and left. Today, she took my order (again, didn’t take a name or tell me my total)but when I arrived to the store 15 mins later, they had not even started making it. I was late for work so I left without the food, but was disappointed and a little irritated that this same woman has done this to me so many times now. For whatever it’s worth, they were not busy this morning. There were 2 other people inside when I arrived, nobody in line. The boy who was cashiering seemed confused about what happened and apologized, I appreciated this.
At the end of the day I keep coming back because I love the bagels and it’s a convenient location for me, but I am...
Read moreIncredibly overpriced for disgusting bland food. It’s $17-19 for a bagel and coffee. I’ve been here multiple times as a last resort when I was hungry for breakfast but didn’t want to go to the fast food places. The bagel sandwiches have always been subpar, incredibly bland, watery, and they add no seasoning to the eggs.
Today was the last straw when I ordered the corporate burrito. I received a tortilla with unseasoned mushy potatoes, a slab of raw red onions, raw spinach, watery tomato, unseasoned eggs, and sausage. I literally couldn’t get through the first few bites because it was so disgusting. This cost me around $13. I immediately threw it in the trash and went across the street to Taco Bell and got a breakfast crunch wrap for $3.95. It tasted like a delicacy compared to the garbage I had just tasted.
I know we’re dealing with inflation right now but their prices are just outlandishly absurd for how low quality the food is. It blows my mind how so many people go there everyday because the food is so trash but maybe they’re just desperate for bagels since theres nothing else nearby.
Do yourself a favor and save your time, tastebuds, and money by just going to Taco Bell or McDonald’s or Starbucks nearby instead of giving this wretched scam of an...
Read moreThis place has the best bagels I have ever encountered. The entrance is not easy to get to and visibility is not all that great in order to find this coffee shop. Once you get used to being here you'll recognize other places around it to make it easy to locate. I prefer a plain bagel but I have tried a few different ones and they are so good. I always ask for cream cheese and a toast the whole thing for you so it's nice and warm and soft and a little toasty. It's a great way to start breakfast from this particular coffee shop. Every time I come back to Santa Rosa I automatically come looking for this place at least a couple of times during my stay because at $4 per bagel for the standard ones is...
