Unpretentious Bayside beach area just off Bayshore road in the namesake community. There's four or five benches with two under some nice shade trees, plus a Little Library. The beach is a small step exposed at lower tide, but you can also use this place to launch an SUP or Kayak, or even fish. There are a few trash cans and generally the place is very well kept and quiet during the day. During the evening near sunset a rather eclectic mix of personalities tend to gather to watch the sunset. I'm unsure what happens here even later into the night, best not think about it. Very limited parking in the area to the right of the park on the shoulder of Bayshore road adjacent to a low wall.

Nice area to access the water within a residential neighborhood. A few benches to sit on and shallow water for dogs to play. This area is walking distance from my house so it’s a nice place to come and watch the sunset while getting a little exercise. The neighborhood this is located in has some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Very active area, lots of people running & riding bikes 🚲 You can also launch a canoe here!

It is def one of the best spots for sunset in Sarasota, but...it is located around houses, so there's no parking close to the area. Getting there in bikes to see the sunset is a great experience . So relaxing! The park is pretty small, so it always gets crowded for the sunset. There are some benches and you can go down the sand and take great pictures.

Nice quiet neighborhood find! Not the best smell. Has the constant aroma of dead fish. The water wasn't very inviting for a swim but was relaxing to sit and enjoy the view. Plenty of seating available. There was also a huge open "concrete drain" like there also [see pic] so not very kid friendly. But again, nice and quiet spot to meditate for a bit.

Not a beach or park from what we saw. Stairs led down to a tiny strip of beach. Not even big enough to lay down. We parked in the neighborhood and walked to "the beach". We explored it in 15 minutes from end to end.

I parked behind another car that was in front of residential. We walked across the street and spent about 30 minutes admiring the views. Thank goodness I didn't get a ticket. Beautiful homes! Parking is residential
