2 weeks ago I desperately was looking for hair extensions for my upcoming wedding. I found this location on google and was one of the many locations I visited and called between Tampa , Clearwater, Sarasota and Bradenton. Let me just say from the moment I walked into Mr. Maurice store at Ny beauty in Sarasota he was the only realistic , amazing and professional individual that knew what he sells and his hair!! I was running out of time as my big day is 4/24 and he went above and beyond and told my fiancé and I , (if you can’t find it let me know I will do my best to help) well he did more than that I called him a week ago asked if he was able to order the color I needed and this gentleman placed me an order and kept his word! I received the call today that my order had arrived and was ready for pick up!🙌🏼 Im forever thankful to this man! That is the true meaning of customer service ! So ladies and gents I definitely suggest this location for anything you need! He has it all and will definitely go out his way to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied! This is my first ever review, i’ve never felt the need before but this place was so awful I had to leave one. I am so offended by the way that the man behind the counter treated me. He was so incredibly rude. The place itself stinks. It’s dark and nasty. Really bad. The tall man behind the counter was horribly rude. Accuses everyone of stealing. He followed me around the store questioning what I was doing as I was looking at $1 headbands and wouldn’t stop telling me he had cameras. I couldn’t even look at anything without him following me around. The rudest experience I’ve had in a while. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Not to mention the stuff inside is ugly as hell. This place should be shut down and replaced by someone who knows what they’re doing, all the negativity will come back to bite...

MUST STOP BY!! Travis is a amazing and so helpful!! I don't live in the area but recently went to a different beauty supply right across the street. I had such a bad experience, they were so rude and didn't have what i was looking for. I decided to take my money elsewhere. I went to NY beauty and met Travis he talked to me about what I was looking for and was SO knowledgeable. I went in thinking I needed one thing and after him spending time with me showed me that i was looking for the complete wrong thing. I was so excited to work with him. The variety was amazing and they had so many different option and colors. I went home that night and my bf could not get over how amazing my hair looked.
