Starbucks — Restaurant in Sarasota

UPDATE: I want to give a shoutout to George who frequently works here. I think he is a student at one of the local colleges. Anyway, when I pull up he always says, "Hi, Robin.". He knows my name. I know there is a camera so it's not just my drink order but the fact that I come so often. But no one else does this but George. This is the Starbucks experience I'm used to and the one I knew when I was a partner back in '04-06. It made it YOUR coffeehouse not just some random chain store where you will get the same product but not special service if you are a regular. George gets it though. I hope his tips reflect it. Good job George.

We visit this shop frequently via the drive through. They are fast and handle the morning traffic well. They were built across from a Dunkin Donuts which I find amusing. We spend waaaaay too much money in this place but it is one of the few places that doesn't use artificial sweeteners like HFCS which makes me swell up like a balloon. They are consistent in their product and service across the board....

I go to the Starbucks, maybe three times a week sometimes four and I always get the same order yesterday. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle. Because this place is across campus it's the immediate place to go to with my friends to do classwork. People who work there I recognize as my classmates as well. Because of this, this starbucks has a place in my heart. But also, as a student, I see this a new and productive setting in comparison to my dorm room. So it really sucks when the starbucks randomly closes early or change the hours, because I don't see it on the website/google. I can speak for half of campus when I say this is one of the only places we can do our cafe drawing homework at, so it really sucks. Great place tho! Good vibes and good food. Amazingly sweet workers. All I really ask it to either stop being sporadic with their hours or have a better way to let us know when they change the hours or just randomly...
