UPDATE: I want to give a shoutout to George who frequently works here. I think he is a student at one of the local colleges. Anyway, when I pull up he always says, "Hi, Robin.". He knows my name. I know there is a camera so it's not just my drink order but the fact that I come so often. But no one else does this but George. This is the Starbucks experience I'm used to and the one I knew when I was a partner back in '04-06. It made it YOUR coffeehouse not just some random chain store where you will get the same product but not special service if you are a regular. George gets it though. I hope his tips reflect it. We visit this shop frequently via the drive through. They are fast and handle the morning traffic well. They were built across from a Dunkin Donuts which I find amusing. We spend waaaaay too much money in this place but it is one of the few places that doesn't use artificial sweeteners like HFCS which makes me swell up like a balloon. They are consistent in their product and service across the board. True to brand.
