The reason I don’t like going there is because they have so many people just standing around doing absolutely nothing getting and no one even greets you they give you a NON welcoming face and then when you go to pay, nobody’s even helping the cashier bag items (when 6 people are standing around doing nothing) if you go to pay on self check out, they are literally over your shoulder watching every move you make I understand that there’s fraudsters these days but where they literally have to be right over you watching you scan and pay is just ridiculous. It just looks bad and feels horrible being the customer that they don’t trust anything or anyone that they have to be right up on you while you do everything and let me reiterate, all the people standing around give you that rude face like dam why have self check out if you have several employees around you just watching you. You could have one item and they literally don’t take their eyes off of you. and all those people standing around if you go to try to ask them a question of where the item might be they don’t even want to help you the cooked prepared food has gotten worse by the day that I have just chosen not to go there anymore and I prefer to go to Key Food‘s off of 17th They always greet you when you come in. They are more than glad to help you with anything that you need. I definitely suggest going there instead they have the same product same everything except they don’t have the rude employees that get mad and give you an ugly face when you need help with some thing, they are not like that I...

But the best part of my visit happened when I was checking out. I had just finished loading all my groceries onto the conveyor belt when I realized I had left my wallet in the car. I quickly ran outside to get it, but when I returned to the checkout, I found something unexpected - my groceries were all bagged up and ready to go, but there was no sign of the cashier.
After a few minutes of waiting, I started to get worried. Did she think I had abandoned my groceries? Was I going to have to start all over again? Just as I was starting to panic, the cashier came rushing back to the checkout, panting and sweating. "I'm so sorry," she gasped. "I had to chase down a runaway cart before it crashed into a display of wine bottles!"
We both burst out laughing as she rang up my purchases, and I have to say, it was one of the funniest moments I've ever had in a grocery store. Super Bravo Grocery Store not only has great products and amazing customer service, but they also have a staff with a great sense of humor! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a fantastic...
