Sushi Ramen Late Night — Restaurant in Sarasota

I ordered here for the first time on Uber Eats. It took over 2 hours to be delivered which really sucked. The delivery driver told me they forgot an item in my order so he had to go back to pick it up which made it take longer. I ordered the spicy ramen with shrimp 🍜🍤, spicy krab hand roll 🍣, and thai iced tea🧋. The ramen was good but very overpriced at $16… it should be like $10 max for what you get. The portion is a good size but isn’t really $16 worthy. I would give the ramen a 7.5/10. I haven’t tried the spicy krab hand roll yet..The thai iced tea tasted very good but there wasn’t much of it because the cup was filled with so much ice that I couldn’t even put the straw in it. I would give the thai tea a 9/10. It would be really cool if they served bubble tea too🧋😋 Lastly, I asked for extra spicy mayo on the side and I received 2 side cups with a very very tiny bit of mayo in the bottom of them as shown in the pic. They could have just gave me one cup actually filled at least half way. I don’t get the point of that as it is plastic waste. Overall the food tasted good there was just a few small issues with this order and it is a bit overpriced for the ramen. I would order from here again though and probably will dine in some time because I love sushi and ramen. My love for this restaurant is endless. They know me by name and I’m pretty much a weekly customer at this point. I love everybody that works here and it’s always a solid vibe no matter what time I come in. They just extended happy hour so now I’m a happy camper. Try their pad thai!!! It’s literally the best I’ve had and I’ve tried multiple places. Their ramen is fire. Sushi is gas. Avocado egg rolls are to die for same with the dragon balls and fried gyoza. I always get sushi and honestly Have never not liked a roll I’ve ordered from here. My son loves this places as much as I do. I’m normally a late night customer and they’re open til late which is such a blessing. Swear when the holidays roll around I’ll have presents for the staff becauze that’s how much I love Sushi Ramen and the staff as a whole. They treat me so kindly and I’ve literally never had a bad experience!! Oooo and they have good Thai tea and hot sake 🤩 shout out to woody for being the frickin best dude ever!!

Finding a restaurant in Sarasota that’s open late is a rare gem, and we were instantly enchanted by the lively energy of this place. Even at 10 PM on a Wednesday, it was packed—always a great sign! From the moment we walked in, we were met with genuine warmth. The staff greeted us with smiles, and from that point on, we were treated with kindness and respect—the kind of service that truly warms your heart and makes you want to return again and again.

The man who seated us took a moment to joke with our kids, turning what had been a tough day into something lighter and more joyful. Our server, listed as “Big” on our receipt, was nothing short of fantastic—kind, helpful, and perfectly attentive.

And then there’s the food—absolutely spectacular! My husband’s green curry was bursting with flavor, and my pad Thai was exactly what I had been craving. Every bite was perfection. Our kids had sushi which in my opinion seemed a bit pricey for what you get, but the kids enjoyed it.
