If I could give 0 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. My family and I have been ordering from this restaurant for the past 11 years and it has always been so good in the past, the last few times the food wasn’t up to their normal standards but we just continued ordering, hoping it would be better. The food is usually good & hot, they’re always super quick, & the customer service has also always been beyond amazing.
This trip will likely be our last due to the manager. We ordered our food as normal, went to pick it up, and drove home. Everything appeared to be in the bag and we had never had any issues before. We received a call from an employee (keep this in mind, THEY called US to begin with) letting us know that they forgot to put our crab rangoons in the bag & were very sorry. We told them we were already across town and couldn’t come back but it was no problem & asked if they could just refund them. Another employee got on the phone and told us that they couldn’t refund us (probably because they use a 3rd party for their online orders and it would be too difficult to do but they could write down a note to give us a credit on our next order. We were fine with this as we do not order from any other chinese places besides this one. She took down my name and said we were all good.
20 minutes later I receive a call from the manager telling me that they didn’t forget our crab rangoon, and accusing us, saying that WE left it at the restaurant (we ordered and picked it up after they were the ones to bag it? we didn’t bag our own food) and that they couldn’t refund us or give us a credit as it was our fault, not theirs. I reminded her that THEY called US to begin with to let us know THEY made a mistake and my husband did not go behind the counter and bag our food himself. She doubled down and said it was our fault and we could drive back across town but they could not give any refund or credit as it was us that left them at the restaurant. We weren’t even the slightest bit mad or upset about this situation until the manager called back accusing us with a nasty attitude and to argue over $4.25 crab rangoons is crazy behavior from a customer service standpoint.
So sad to remove this place from our list of regular restaurants but management should probably be changed unless they want to have...
Read moreI have ordered from this place on behalf of my neurohealth facility several times and every interaction was great. Tonight, we placed an order for the clients and when the driver came he waited as we tried to make sure all of the food was there. He was very rude, impatient and even fixed his mouth to ask for a tip but couldn't stay long enough to verify our order. Before leaving we gave him a dollar and told him to wait while we got more money but he left before we could compensate him for delivery. After he had left, we noticed that we were missing 1/2 Sweet n Sour Chicken. We called the business and politely explained what we were missing but the first thing the gentlemen said is that they put it in there. After a short moment of going back and forth, the gentlemen then said that they will deliver it shortly. 2min later the business called back and it was the gentlemen again, saying that his manager wanted to speak to me. The manager got on the phone and instantly started yelling. I couldn't not understand a thing he was saying. I asked him to please stop yelling so that I can understand him and have a conversation. The yelling continued as well as the miss understanding. The only thing I truly understood was that the man was calling me and my staff liars, saying that they delivered us two Sweet n Sour Chickens and then he hung up. I called again I explained to the man that I spent $112.00, I just want what I paid for and nothing extra but again he yelled then hung up on me. I'm very disappointed by the way the manager handles business and talks to his customers. I am very upset that my client had to go without a meal because the manager would not admit to a mistake and correct it. Read moreThis place is lucky it’s getting one star! We have ordered from this Chinese store for the longest time and have never had any issues. Tonight we ordered food and it was delivered on time (because the delivery driver is the only good thing about their customer service). We open our food to find that we received beef lo mein instead of Mongolian beef. I called them back to explain the mix up and the owner decides to tell me that I didn’t order the Mongolian beef and what I got is what I ordered. So I kindly explained to him again that it wasn’t what I ordered. He starts to yell at me and tells me that I have to deal with it because they are closed and that’s what I ordered because there is a big difference between the Mongolian and the lo mein. So my boyfriend then tries to call back to see if he could figure things out, but instead the owner calls me a liar and says that I never ordered Mongolian and starts cursing my boyfriend out saying they are closed and he’s not doing anything about it.
