How things have changed.. The station was a sooty, flaking paint location the last time and first time I visited this station. Considering there was a busy railroad, beautiful city park across the street and passenger trains running, the Historical Society has done a beautiful job of restoring the station. Also wish they could have obtained a retired LV locomotive to tie up with the caboose. Understanding, there were no steam locomotives saved.

Of course the Lehigh Valley railroad was the major player in the history of town and was well represented by the signs posted around the depot. This is sacred ground for any Lehigh Valley fan!
