I went in and found a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday for a surprise. The necklace was too big but they said that she could bring it in and trade for a smaller one which sounded good to me! She gets her necklace and loves it! She goes to the store to pick out a smaller chain and the woman that waited on her reiterated the same story. So she picks out the chain she likes (4 inches shorter) and they send in for it for her. Fast forward to today. Her chain is in and she goes to the store to pick it up and get her store credit. The owner than tells her she doesn't get any store credit or money back. No explanation, no receipt, no proof of weight nothing. I call in to see what happened and he tells me that no there was no store credit to be issued and he would call me back. (The chain is 4 inches shorter) he calls me back and gives us a $40 credit to the store and says they made a mistake. I am so incredibly thrilled with my experience with Reagan Steele Jewelers! I recently had my diamond solitaire engagement ring redesigned by Greg and Brianna and set into a gorgeous three stone diamond ring! It is so magnificent, that I really wanted to have a new diamond band to go with it, as the styling of my original band did not seem to do the new ring justice. Brianna found the perfect match for it, and in less than 24 hours, Mike had my new band sized to fit me perfectly! I now have the most beautiful and modern wedding ring set that is completely original and unique to me! I am so very happy and grateful that Brianna took her time with me to see that I have exactly what I wanted without any pressure to buy something that I was not totally in love with. It is also very important for me to add that Greg, Brianna and Mike were all so sweet and fun to work with, making it an entirely enjoyable experience! I was not impressed with man’s attitude towards me and the jewelry I brought. He was very dismissive. I would never go there to shop. Update after store’s reply - I sold the “$21” pendant for ‘just the metal’ $250 & the earrings for $150. I get you look for prime gems, but you weren’t friendly in any way, you didn’t offer any discussion that the jewels may be worth selling online.
