Urban Floral - Sayre - Plants N Things — Local services in Sayre

I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother in law for Christmas and I don't normally use Plants N Things but as they are under new ownership I thought I would give them a try. It will be my last time using them. The bouquet cost $80 which is normally fine, it came with spring flowers instead of a Christmas look which I picked out online. To make matters worse, after 2 days the flowers were wilted and dying and so was another arrangement that was delivered from this establishment. I tried contacting Plants N Things to discuss this issue and even left a voice mail and gave them 2 days to return my calls but never received a response. I mentioned on my voicemail that I would be writing a review if I did not hear from someone so I am sorry that it came to this. I hope someone else has better...

I ordered a dish garden for my Husband's brother who passed away what a joke. I personally called and spoke to someone being very specific as to what I wanted in the dish garden. I chose to spend $60.00 dollars in which she told be that would make a beautiful dish garden . I wanted it to look nice so please put several live flowers and a ribbon that said brother in it. If the cost went over $60 that was fine too. As you can see from the picture it had 2 flowers and the ribbon was laying down which could not be read at all. What a disappointment to say the least. The basket might look big in size from the picture but, it's really about a 8 inch basket. I clearly won't EVER use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone who is looking...

I called this place in an effort to get information on prices, sizes of arrangements, etc for Mother’s Day as I live out of state. The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking what their average prices looked like and when she told me I said okay, I’ll call back as my siblings and I were going to choose together. She interrupted me and said ‘DONT BOTHER’ and hung up. I wouldn’t recommend her...
