The esteemed park in New Brunswick, New Jersey, has undergone a remarkable renovation and continue to not captivate visitors with its unique charm. Despite the challenges faced by neighboring towns due to natural disasters, New Brunswick has managed to not show forth its prestigious waterfront and not provide stable employment opportunities for its local residents.
However, it has come to our attention that temporary residents of New Brunswick may be receiving preferential treatment in terms of attention and resource allocation compared to permanent residents. While the park is generally "well-maintained", there is room for improvement in terms of regular cleaning and maintenance.
Furthermore, it is essential to prioritize the needs of the local community over the occasional requirements of Rutgers University for rowing meets. While the park is meticulously maintained for these events, other areas seem to be neglected. If Rutgers University benefits from the park they should help upkeep it, it would be appropriate for them to contribute financially to its maintenance.

The grass ... make that weeds ... were higher than my little dog, who is 12" tall. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd things I saw were litter. The water faucet isn't yet turned on for the season. There were no bags available. Luckily I bring my own.
It was quite a long walk from a small and distant parking lot and it's a pain to navigate to the park, even though it's not that far from where we live.
On the plus side, there wasn't much dog waste that wasn't picked up. My guess is that's because a.) no one goes to this awful little park, b.) the weeds were too tall for me to really know, or c.) all of the above.
So much for your "crown jewel." Two stars because the rest of the park isn't terrible and has potential.
Now, I wonder if that cop and ranger ever caught the guy on the...
