When you walk in it’s super awkward I’ve been here from time to time honestly cause they prices aren’t that bad at all, I can’t say I buy from them all the time but when I do I make sure I hop on it, I’m not sure if they don’t bother to interact with you or greet you cause they think you aren’t spending money or maybe they thinking they are to good to acknowledge anyone that walks in, it’s just a very awkward feeling they give you when you walk in and they stand by the register, don’t bother to ask if you have questions or anything like it’s crazy how places like this stay in business, continue to have bad customer service and see how much longer this place stays and as well I think it’s unprofessional to sit there and talk about how they purposely try to low ball people that come in there with there items, i think dont think they realize how...

This place was a disappointment. I found them through a video on YouTube on “Open the box” and was excited because the owners story of how he built the store let me know that this isn’t just another sneaker store. Boy was I wrong. First of all the customer service wasn’t exactly good. Don’t know if he was a new guy but he looked like he did not want to be there. He wasn’t engaging never offered assistance just was wondering until it was time to checkout. Even at checkout he seemed lost. The other was actually engaging with the other customers inside the store and knew what he was talking about. I’ve read other people’s reviews and yes they do lowball you or pass on good shoes because “business” which I understand but they do that to only flip it for 5x as much. This place is a JOKE! The workers are literal jokes who know nothing about anything. They try to scam people by buying super low and selling double. For example I went in there with dead stock pharrell NMD’s and they offered me $150...the shoes are worth $400 Meanwhile there selling them in the store for $375+. Better yet I have friends who’ve tried going in and offering there rare shoes for example Jordan 12 Master and Cactus Jack 4’s and they try to scam everyone. This place is a hell-hole I hope no one is foolish enough to let there expensive shoes go to these phonies. Also note they have no Billionaire boys club or any actual good supreme drops. All they do is scam or at least attempt to. Bad place. Bad reviews. Bad service. Terrible business. Literally if you know anything about hypebeast wear go just about anywhere else...
