This place has been inconsistent for years, but it's never been quite so bad as it is now. It all depends on the particular cooks they have in the back - the difference quite literally between a surprisingly four star meal and inedible slop. There is also a glaring discrepancy with their hours, which causes drama when you go to pick up late. If you google the restaurant, the place is open until 10:30. But if you arrive later than 10:15, they look at you like they want to murder you. Apparently, though there isn't another business like it in town, and they don't tell you this anywhere but in person, this place closes fifteen minutes early, and if you don't heed this, you are the devil. I don't know what happens after 10:15, perhaps the staff turn into werewolves and terrorize the night. Tonight was the last time I'll give them money. The food wasn't bad, but the attitude was almost threatening. I've been a customer for years, filled their register with cash, and the thanks I get is to be yelled at over a few minutes "lateness". They turned the lights out on me as I walked out of the restaurant. The angry, bald owner glared at me, then cleared his throat as I passed him, as though to spit upon me - all over an order of chicken wings and fried rice. From the looks of the other reviews I've seen recently, I'm not the only one. We're going into the summer; this is the lean time without all the college kids ordering online, keeping them afloat. If I could give negative stars I would As a college student, I prefer to order in over cooking 90% of the time so I'm no stranger to how GOOD businesses handle their customers. Unlike other establishments, this place has horrendous customer service. I couldn't understand the woman who took my order over the phone so my order got messed up, which is no big deal. Things like that happen all of the time. I'm not a high maintenance person so when I received my order and realized I had gotten the wrong thing I brushed it off and decided to keep it (the second time this has happened with this restaurant) after trying it and realizing that it tasted absolutely horribly, I called the restaurant so the right thing could be delivered, standard for when your order arrives and is not what you wanted. The same woman adamantly refused to have someone come deliver the correct item because they were "really busy." She then told me the only way I could get my correct item was if I paid for it because the thing that was wrongly delivered was "already made"... Any time I've had this happen literally anywhere else the restaurant had been more than happy to deliver the correct meal free of charge because it was an accident. I've never seen a restaurant give a paying, reoccurring customer attitude over a simple mistake. So rude. Never ordering again. Food is mediocre as well, you can definitely get better chinese for better prices with more appreciative management elsewhere. Don't...

I'm pretty much done with this place. The counter person is a struggle. One day, I called in my order and then walked over to pick it up. When I got home, I realized she'd given me the wrong bag. So, back I went. I was concerned that another customer had handled the food but she told me no one had. I took it b/c the container was stapled. But, I wasn't sure. Another time, I called for delivery b/c I was busy working from home. I clearly stated my street name (a major street not so far away from the restaurant), and she couldn't get it. Several times, I said it. So, I didn't bother to order. Today? She looked at me in amazement b/c I asked her to wipe her hands properly. As if I hadn't just watched her remove her mask to shovel some fruit or whatever kind of food it was into her mouth. With her fingers. And then smear a thin napkin over her mouth. She wet her hands in the bathroom. I think. Anyway, the spare tips were very tough. Difficult to eat. So, yeah. NO MORE. The food is mediocre. And this lady just gets on my nerves....
