asked them to resize my ring, they gave me a cheap metal clasp. went back in to get it actually resized and they damaged it. my now husband left a poor review and they responded by calling the ring cheap, instead of admitting they have unskilled welders who don’t know how to treat jewelry with care. they also complained that we put it in as a rush order. if you are going to complain, do not offer that as an option. they also called us and offered to “take a look at it” but as i didn’t want them damaging my ring even further, we declined. they also complained about this. they then tried to claim the damage they caused was from “dirt”. we have since had it professionally cleaned and it is not dirt. and even if it was dirt, that means they handed me back a ring with dirt in it (the “dirt” was not there before). oh, and when they first gave it to me, a stone was missing! funny they forgot to mention that part. they also complained that we brought a ring purchased from another jewelry store to be resized at their store. AGAIN, if you’re going to complain, don’t offer this as a service. please do yourself a favor and do not bring any jewelry you care about here. i entrusted them with my engagement ring and that was a mistake, and their handling of this issue has been horrid and the worst example of customer service.

i originally left a positive review (after they gave me the metal clasp) because they basically forced me to open google reviews in front of them. don’t take this place seriously. i should have known the $80 resizing fee was a red flag - you don’t get quality work...

I had a disappointing experience at this jewelry store. I went there to sell my Rolex Submariner watch, which is authentic and has a two-tone blue design. The person who attended me seemed uninterested and appeared to be in a bad mood. After a quick evaluation, she told me that she "felt" the watch was not authentic without providing a clear explanation or conducting a professional analysis. I mean, isnt it her job to let me know of it is or not, not based of her "feelings". I felt very uncomfortable and doubtful about her professionalism, as a watch of this caliber deserves a more thorough evaluation.

Additionally, she mentioned that the watch couldn't be sold without its box and documents, which is not stated on their website. I understand that a watch may lose some value without its box or documentation, but it can still be sold. However, their website does not mention that the watch cannot be sold without these items.

What made the experience even more frustrating is that I called ahead to let them know I was coming, and I drove 30 minutes specifically to visit this store based on a recommendation from someone important to me. That person had previously sold sentimental items from their late parents here and spoke highly of the place. Given that, I expected a much more professional and respectful experience.

To be honest, I felt discriminated against — and I don't use that word lightly — but that's how I felt. It seemed like I wasn’t taken seriously, maybe because of how I looked. This experience left me disappointed and uncomfortable. Please go...

I went into this establishment with my husband a week ago. When we arrived we had to wait a while for the lady to get off the phone. However, once she got off the phone she proceeded to help another customer who had come in after us. Therefore, we had to sit and wait even longer. When she finally acknowledged us she took a look at a pair of diamond earrings and a diamond engagement ring (and our paperwork for each) and proceeded to give us an amount for both. We decided to hold off and think the offer over. (She even wrote our name and the amount she gave us down for future reference) A week later when we decided to come in and sell the diamond earrings the same lady was very rude and dishonest. All of a sudden she lies and says that she told us she wasn't interested. When my husband reminded her that she had made us an offer and even wrote it down then she says "Dude I don't want them...I can't do nothing with them....sorry." I really wish she would have said that a week ago instead of wasting our time. Had I paid attention to some of the reviews about this place I should have decided against going the first time around. For anyone thinking about going to this place please use CAUTION! To Ms. Pelski shame on you for treating your customers like that! The way we were treated I will never come back to your establishment again let alone refer anybody. It is not a good look for Jewelry...
