12/5/23 John came to fix the faucet that they installed which was leaking onto the our new cabinet. He was pleasant, quick and informative. Months of working wit Haley, we are beginning to get good service. It has taken some time to get to this point, almost like we had to warm up to one another. Now it seem we are familiar and working together is easier. Thanks Haley.
Richard Partridge from Haley did a wonderful job moving and lifting up our plumbing pipes from the work that the original owner originally did. It was touch and go there when Richard arrived and asked us questions that to me he and Haley should have already worked out with our GC. Well after almost a full day of working on our job Richard proved that he knew what he was doing with little to no direction. He is a true professional. Too bad for Haley that today is Richards last day. They will loose him to be closer to his home. Shame, as talent like his should be paid a premium as well as kept on at all cost. I am glad that we got to have Richard on our delicate job today. It was really the job that we were most concerned that Haley would be able to do. Congratulations Haley for choosing such a talented youngman. Richard, Joseph and I wish you well in your new journey.
We have not started yet. I sent info for a quote and waiting to find out if we will Move forward. We moved forward and accepted their estimate.
Fri 6 2 23 we had to have Ken come out to tell us which walla to remove. Communication breakbdown. But Haley acted quickly by having Ken come by and show us what walls to demo. Problem solved.
We missed an appointment because we were two minutes away and they called the wrong person. I will not lie, I was pissed. I was kind of thinking it was both they and our fault and when I called there was no hurry to try to reschedule sooner. I ended up waiting another three weeks.
John and Jacob (felt good about the biblical names, even if not on purpose) arrived today and moved the stack. They explained what they were going to do, they did it they clean up and then they left .They told me about four to six hours and it was closer to four and now my day is mine and we are on to the next phase in this project. Yay!!!! Great job so far Haley.
We keep getting smashed by the scheduling. Our bathroom remodel project is being held up because Haley are unable to come to do the job sooner. We have a 10/11 date, nine days from today. Which means we sit and wait.
On another note, I contacted Haley for a leaky air conditioner. They sent out a tech who diagnoised the issue in a way that seemed out of order. The problem was a clogged condensation tube. I called the company who put in the air conditioner. They came out and cleaned the tubing, advised me on ongoing care and did not charge me a dime. Read moreWe recently had the pleasure of working with Hayley Mechanical to redo all of our HVAC and plumbing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The owner, Henry Hayley, is deeply involved in the community and various fundraisers, and his positive reputation among his employees translates into a team that is genuinely invested in delivering excellent work.
Noah and Austin spent two weeks replacing all of our PVC piping with L-type copper, which required cutting into many walls throughout the house. Both were incredibly trustworthy and professional. Austin, in particular, provided invaluable advice and innovative ideas whenever a difficult situation arose. His clever engineering work significantly increased our shower pressure; one of many feats that showcased his thorough knowledge and skills.
Despite the challenging nature of the job, including Noah looking like the abominable snowman while cutting drywall in tightly packed plastic sheeting, they remained cheerful and focused on completing the work efficiently and on time. This was a massive undertaking that involved cutting numerous holes into walls and ceilings in every room where there was a water pipe, but their meticulous preparation and containment efforts kept the mess to a minimum.
Throughout the project, Austin and Noah were not only professional but also personable, making the entire experience much more pleasant. Austin consistently took the time to explain what they were doing and why, which we greatly appreciated. Their dedication to ensuring everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction was evident in every aspect of their work. Austin, a third-generation plumber, expertly handled a variety of tasks, including installing and balancing recirculation lines, adding a hose bib with hot/cold water, and identifying where lines were routed behind drywall.
One memorable moment was when Austin, with his quick wit and humor, managed to turn a particularly challenging day into a more bearable one with his jokes and positive attitude. These little things made a big difference and demonstrated how much they cared about their work and their clients.

Read moreThe management team blaming your customer for your staff/team providing contradicting information and then saying it is further their fault because "you opted not to be in our VIP program" is wild work. Your customer service is awful and I am still unclear on how to properly take care of my hvac system, because three of your employees have said 3 different things in the last 10 days. But blame the customer because your team does not know the correct information to pass on. Imagine my confusion and frustration, but because I am not part of the VIP program, you don't care and you alluded to that multiple times. The call turned into a sales call, this wouldnt have happened if you were in our VIP Program. Getting upset with the customer when they ask for clarification when you contradict yourself in the same conversation, hilarious. Telling me my cost for the repair was so high because of the parts replaced (cuz I did not get a discount on parts, again because I am not in the VIP program), even when there was not part replaced and then back tracking when you figured that out and saying nope that is normal price for what we did, contradicting yourself again, shows a complete lack of knowledge. If you don't know the answers to questions, say I will get back to you or find the right answer. To be honest, I am not even sure the manager knew who he as talking to, the email address on the account was not even mine that they read off. So what account they were looking at who knows. Couldn't be bothered though to address my concern, "idk what you want from me". Does not seem very honest any more, heard similar things from other people as well, idk what changed recently with your company but not a great experience.
Tech that came out was overall great, very nice tried to be informative and helpful ( but did damage my floor though, not great on that front) but the management team and office team couldn't have seemed more inconvenienced that a customer had questions. But you got my money so that is what is important to you!
