Carosello Pasta — Restaurant in Dexter

A week ago, I paid a visit to Carosello's Pasta for the first time. It is an engaging shop owned by an engaging couple, both of whom were there on a Sunday morning and both obviously really into what they're doing. We ate the fresh spaghetti within a couple of days; it was excellent, coarse textured to pick up sauce, full bodied, took about 4 minutes to prepare. It is definitely not a tasteless, wimpy noodle. Dexter is lucky to have this gem nestled within the downtown district. I am a total foodie that can cook, and I am shocked I just found this business today. Carosello has some very unique authentic Italian cuisine that I've never seen before.
