St. Patrick Catholic Community — Attraction in Scottsdale

Scottsdale snobs. The level of hypocrisy is incredible. I am posting this from the parking lot. I showed up about 40 mins early for Ash Wednesday services before I go to work this morning. I'm a visitor. Will never return. I had a seat, waited for Mass to start. People began showing up. Two women came to my row and I offered to move but they said no and went past me. One had a black turtleneck with a gold long necklace on. She was rude. Their friend showed up just as mass was starting. Standing so close to me, bumping me and I then realized I was being crowded out of my own seat! I left, humiliated. Horrible women. Too late to go anywhere else and I work so late I will be too tired to go after work. As it is, I get home after 7pm. I spoke to someone in the lobby wearing purple shirt about just leaving my donation and he wasn't any help. I explained the situation and all he said was he was sorry. Yeah, he sure looked like he was sorry. I kind of gave up on the Catholic faith a while back because most churchgoers are the most mean-spirited. I attended Mass at St Patrick a few times. Unlike any other Catholic Mass I have ever attended. Very irreverent Masses from Fr Eric celebrating Holy Mass to the parishioners. People Talking, People wearing inappropriate immodest clothing for church including Eucharistic Ministers. Clapping and clapping during Mass like they were at a concert, not in the presence of The Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Very disappointed in the lack of respect. The most incredible church, mass during the week is incredible, I enjoy them very much and have brought guest when they come in town to visit me. They feel the same. Smaller and acquaint. Very meditating and peaceful.

Weekend mass, wow, large and well managed. The participation of all the parishioners is like no where else and I go to church world wide especially when I travel. If you ever need a little one-on-one, chapel prayer room is dynamic. I can literally fall on my knees and give my all. I pray for my loved ones and those who ask for me to pray for them....
