Cold food, poorly made drinks, rude workers, and terrible service. I’ve been to this location, next to Snooze, a few times since it’s less crowded than the one on 92nd street & Shea but I’ll be going back to that store since they are way more consistent than this awful store. You would think the opposite since the one down the street is always busy and this store isn’t. More than half the tables were sticky, crumbs everywhere on the floor/tables, and dirty napkins, plates and cups were on the tables each time I came into this location. And don’t even get me started on the bathrooms! They were not stocked with any supplies and the trash was so full. I’m there around 10AM on weekdays so there should be no excuses for this. It’s never busy when I’m in there! The employees are always standing around, talking extremely loud, having inappropriate conversations and curse like there is no tomorrow! So unprofessional. I’ve also seen an employee pet a dog and another one touch their hair and then go back to work without washing their hands! So disgusting. I should stop putting money towards this awful company. Read moreTHE WORST service I have ever received at a Starbucks location...in the country. I ordered a vanilla latte and a hot coffee with steamed half and half. Sarah, the barista, put the drinks up and never said anything. Generally, they call your name out for the order. Then, the latte had no vanilla in it and the other coffee has poured milk inside instead of steamed foam. I realize that might sound trivial but not for a $5 coffee. I asked Sarah to please remake it with foam and re-confirmed the VANILLA latte. She was so rude... made me feel like I should have taken whatever she gave me. She did remake the drinks. They were both wrong AGAIN. I thought it was a joke. I left and called to report the incident to the corporate office. Three times now they’ve got my drink completely wrong. First time they remade it once and it was a little better.
