I was here for a few months, but got extremely busy working three projects to clean up some unwanted debt by years end. I liked the ability to have the freedom to come and go as you please by using the app on your phone to gain access inside. I like the ability to use the different studios they have available at the facility.
The facility is in a nice safe area with a running trail that goes down Shea Blvd., and another one that goes along the 101 should you want to go for a run before or after your session. I had no issues with any staff, and was treated respectfully and with professionalism. I want to give a shot out to Tori Walker for helping me get signed up, and also helping me to cancel per the agreement. Thank you Tori!
My only complaint is there is no shower curtain to contain water from going outside shower on to the floor for a possible slip and fall (lawsuit). I believe that is kind of weird. All the gyms I currently go to LA FITNESS/ESPORTA, Mountainside, including my personal shower at home have a shower curtain. That's what you do to a shower, you buy rings and a shower curtain.
That's the first thing I noticed when I opened the bathroom door. That is a huge safety issue. And I hope that move doesn't come back to haunt them by not installing one. The shower head has been changed since my initial complaint, but that does not prevent water from going outside the shower onto the floor. It is what it is. It's not my franchise, so...

See the picture below where she threatens to have me arrested.:) Even if her story is true (it isnāt), who treats a member like this? Ironic that Iāve been a member for over two years and traveled the world to studios daily and no issues yet she wants to have me arrested? I will be sending her a copy of the book āUnreasonable Hospitalityā, hopefully it will change her life and her teams in a favorable way as her treatment of people is beyond acceptable. STAY AWAY!!
This HOTWORX is owned and operated by a woman named Kelly. She has fostered a culture of discrimination and aggressive behavior by her staff. I was accosted at the front door by one of her staff members. I had to leave bc this woman was so aggressive towards me. The owner Kelly tried to lock my account out of vindictiveness however I had it quickly restored. HOTWORX is amazing, Kelly and this HOTWORX are not. Stay away from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy name is Lauren, I've been with hotworx now for 3 years. I recently switched locations and I was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming and friendly the staff was. The manager made my transfer process from one location to another, if you're not a sweat everywhere member like myself, there is a process and she made it so quick and easy. I love hotworx because I can come in get a good cardio workout within 15 mins and burn 150 calories in that time. It's open 24 hours. The saunas are always so clean and calming as well. With yoga and pilates as options along with weights and ISO workout options you're covered on all basis of getting a great workout.
The best part is the monthy membership price, your not breaking your wallet and you're detoxing, using infrared energy to boost results, your skin is glowy and your body continously burns calories after your workout. If you're not a member yet I would ask you why?? You're missing out on the most fun, welcoming place to get your workout on....
