Noteology — Attraction in Scranton

After looking high and low I settled on Noteology in Scranton. I researched so many places all over the U.S and this place is far superior to them all! The whole process was so easy and the exceptional customer service I received from Mark was nothing short of spectacular. It has always been my dream to make my own custom perfume! With his guidance and great knowledge I was able to make 4 perfumes! They are super cost friendly compared to all the other places that charge way too much and the process takes months. At Noteology the price of a small custom perfume is only $60 and you walk out the same day with your bottle(s)! They also offer all sorts of other products and a perfume subscription service called Olfactif. Mark is a rockstar and Danielle is super sweet and the most humble owner ever! They can do private parties as well! For girls day on a Saturday in January the three of us went to Note fragrances and had an amazing time. We had an appointment and got taken right away. First we had the educational part of it. We Learned about layering the top, middle, and bottom note of a fragrance. Our great instructors told us how to properly smell the fragrance in the bottles on our desk. But the great rule was there are no rules when it comes to putting your fragrances together. It's what you like. Our instructors were educational friendly and very personable. They made the process very easy. When we were all done, before we received the final product , we even got to smell it to make sure it was to our liking. The nice thing is that there are a lot of other items in the store if you don't want to make perfume. They have already made scents and a lot of candles in the store. I was brought to this store by a friend around the holidays and really enjoyed the store. My daughter and I both made purchases. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to help us with the fragrances across the back wall. I was given a certificate to come back in January for a discount and gift but due to a car accident and then having to quarantine due to Covid I was unable to make it back in time. Currently still not driving, I sent a friend in to explain my situation and see if the certificate can be honored still but it could not.
