I wanna put negative 5 stars or even more. Today was my first time to watch live to support Nebraska volleyball team. It was my birthday gift to watch live in 10 years. Me and my Disabled husband are wearing red hoodie and sweatshirt and sat down to our designated seats along with huge group of huskies fans, of course we paid for our tickets, we went there to enjoy the game with respect to everyone. Suddenly, In the middle of Set 1, the staff named Susan approached us that we need to leave our seats and give it to late comers huskies fans and pointed us to go to the other side. I tried to explained to Susan that I am with disabled person who can not walk normally or go to the higher seats coz he is disabled, but still, looks like she kicked us out from our seats just because we are not supporting huskies and we are the only Nebraska fans on that area where we are seating. when we went to the other side where Susan pointed us to go, the other staff guy yelled at us like I did something wrong even though we did not. For the second time I tried to explain to the guy that we paid for our tickets and we want a seat that is good for my disabled husband but still he yelled at us like he’s a monster. The tone of his voice was 10 out of 10. I took a picture of the guy who yelled at us and I am willing to send it to your office if you ask me. I want them to know that they need to respect people no matter what team we support. They need to be train and teach them work ethics and values. It’s a shame to the whole company who organize this kind of sports event because of their rude and disrespectful staff. When that guy yelled at me in front of many people was not really good act. I feel embarrassed. You can talk to me in a nice way. Again train your staff to respect people not just to yell or scream. What a shame that you have that kind of staff. I’m so happy that we never experience this kind of treatment in...

One of the worst kept secrets in Seattle is how disappointed the Pac-12 and Alaska Airlines have become in uw over the school's lack of follow through regarding the use of the sponsorship dollars for this dump. The expectation that the school would step up its game and finally create an facility experience worthy of their major/power5 conference membership has clearly not been met and pretty much all critical metrics have fallen drastically short. As every other school in the conference continues to improve and adopt cutting-edge changes, leadership around Montlake just keeps failing and falling further and further behind. Unfortunately, now a great company/airline has to keep its name attached to a dilapidated place that most members of the community wished was finally put out of its misery and...

This is a very poorly designed and renovate arena. We bought tickets for an upper section due to the expensive costs for a game, and you have little to no view of the court and score board. If you are seated near the very top, a structural beam completely blocks your view. In addition, the seats have no back and you have to get lucky to get a seating pad that is floating around. The seats are so close together that you don't have any room to get up to use the restroom. The fact that UW will be a Big Ten school soon and doesn't have a basketball arena that can compete with those schools is really disappointing. This building could be repurposed for something else and a new arena that is comfortable for spectators...

Im 46, born and raised in the PNW but had never watched a UW basketball game, men's or women's, until five days ago when my 21 yo daughter and I attendeda women's game vs. OSU. It was great. Why am I just now figuring this out? Tickets were $15. Free parking. Seats were great (a nice usher randomly directed us to the section behind the home bench). It was a lively, fun atmosphere. I will for sure be coming to more games in the future.

UW men's & women's basketball, & women's volleyball games here are epic. A must if looking got premiere, intense sports outings in the Seattle area. It's loud, bright & lively. The food keeps getting incrementally better. The pregame area for season ticket holders with beer & wine + food is a great upgrade. It's on the east end of the arena, but is limited to season ticket holders only.
