On multiple occasions I have witnessed employees ganging up on and attacking alleged shoplifters while using very obscene language. They seriously act like children and are in no way following Safeway's set procedures. Strangely though I have seen this type of foul behavior at multiple Safeways. They once even stole a young girl's phone and taunted her with it while calling her the n word and scumbag this and that. Customers were clearly disgusted by their actions and I decided not to shop there that day. The same employees however are still working at these locations. The night manager at Jefferson square is one of the worst culprits and gets all his subordinates to follow his lead in their cruel behaviors toward shoplifters and others who...
