WORST LOCATION TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT..... BECCA (so called manager) has no customer service skills what so ever. She is the rudest manager I have ever dealt with and I have been going to this Winn Dixie for the last year with no problems not even once but tonight my interaction with this Becca lady was ridiculous. I will absolutely be calling corporate and making a formal complaint and showing proof how many times I've done the same thing I tried to do tonight. This lady BECCA said it wasn't the policy and I'm ok with that but her employees have done it for a year now. So this lady is OBVIOUSLY NOT TRAINING HER CASHIERS CORRECTLY. And Becca's rudeness absolutely escalated the situation.I love Winn Dixie and will continue to go to the one in South Sebring which has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT. But my family and I will NEVER step a foot in that location again. The cashier that dealt with my husband and I was very pleasant not one complaint about her or the bag boy. BECCA IS HAVING A MAJOR POWER TRIP AND SOMEONE NEEDS GET A HOLD OF IT. Good luck Winn Dixie...

Went into this Winn Dixie today Not only was the store dirty the bathrooms were atrocious. I asked several people for help looking for items and they didn't know where they were. They had some pies that were marked with a discount sticker but they were not discounted they said they ran out of regular stickers to date them with so instead they decided to use discount stickers. Okay fine no problem. As they're ringing up my pie crust the boy that was cashing me out slowing them down to the bagger and then she tried to put them in a bag with bottles of taco sauce. I explained to her that I didn't want crumbled pie crust so don't put that in the bag with them. She slammed the pie crust into my buggy. The nicest person in the entire store I actually ran into her outside at the buggy return. Her name was Lisa she was very polite and nice and whenever I gave her my buggy she told me to be sure and have a good day. I asked her name specifically because I believe that she is truly the nicest employee that I ran into in that...
